A quiet paddle. A family afternoon at the lake. A camp that is ready when you come back ashore. The right technology should support the experience without becoming the centre of it.
Start with your kind of day outside
Paddling and transport
Plan around the canoe, kayak or paddleboard you actually use: its dimensions, transport weight, tie-down points, vehicle roof or hitch limits, storage and loading routine. Racks and carriers are selected for both the vehicle and the craft—not just a product photograph.
A practical shore-side base
Create a dry, protected charging and power area for phones, camera batteries, compatible pumps, lights and camp electronics. EcoFlow power options can be assessed against the total load and time between charging opportunities. An ordinary portable power station is not a waterproof marine installation or a propulsion battery.
Stay in touch
Review coverage at the launch, cabin and campsite. We can plan shore-side Wi-Fi, Starlink installation where suitable, charging and device storage. Recreational internet access is not a replacement for required marine communications, a trip plan or emergency equipment.
Lakeside sound and comfort
Bring music to a patio or cabin without taking over the shoreline. We look at speaker placement, listening zones, neighbour impact and the exact product’s environmental rating. Marine-labelled and outdoor-labelled equipment still needs installation and exposure checks.
Safety belongs in the plan—not in an optional extra
Transport Canada requires a lifejacket or personal flotation device for each person aboard a watercraft, including human-powered craft. Choose properly sized Canadian-approved equipment and wear it. Canoes, kayaks and paddleboards also have equipment requirements; adding a motor changes the questions that must be checked.
Official guidance: Operating a human-powered craft and Choosing lifejackets and PFDs. This page is not a complete boating checklist. Confirm requirements for your vessel, location and activity.
A complete solution, without buying twice
Bring us the vehicle year, make and model, the craft or equipment model, your usual destination and what you need to power or connect. We separate essentials from optional upgrades and confirm fitment, environmental suitability, installation scope and availability before quoting. Watercraft and specialist marine systems are assessed individually; this page does not imply a stocked boat, kayak or electric-propulsion range.
