These service families build on IFM’s earlier package designs. They are starting points for a current, site-specific proposal—not live inventory or fixed-price bundles. We confirm models, quantities, compatibility, installation conditions and the complete solution price before work is booked.
2. Confirm the solution.
Agree on equipment, accessories, wiring, installation, configuration and any separately contracted recurring services. Special access or trade requirements are reviewed, not assumed.
3. Install and explain.
The agreed work includes relevant testing, operation and handover. Support scope is confirmed for the installation. Monitoring, emergency response and guaranteed prevention of loss are not implied.

Home / coordinated protection
Ajax Home Video + Security
Plan exterior camera coverage, a video doorbell and indoor viewing alongside selected door/window and motion protection, app access and local recording. We install, configure, test and explain the complete system.
What we confirm before quoting
The earlier Home package combined four exterior cameras with indoor viewing, a doorbell and intrusion protection. Current camera count, lenses, recording capacity, sirens and network design are confirmed for your property. Network cameras and doorbells are not assumed to communicate through the alarm hub radio.
Home & small business / starting point
Ajax SecureStart N1
A professionally installed wireless-security starting point: a hub, two protected openings, indoor motion detection, touchscreen control and a dedicated siren, with configuration, signal testing and customer orientation.
What we confirm before quoting
Expand around the openings, rooms and occupants that matter. This is not a whole-property protection guarantee. Current models and availability are checked before a complete solution quote; monitoring and cellular services are not assumed included.

Ajax Shop & Warehouse Security
Start with wireless intrusion protection, then add detached-building connectivity, photo verification or designed backup power where the site requires it. Installation includes setup, testing and practical user training.
What we confirm before quoting
Starter: focused openings and interior coverage. Essential: broader coverage and a reviewed building link. Premium: photo verification and a designed backup-power option. The site survey determines device counts, radio/network reach, cleanup and access requirements.

Ajax Camera Installation
A complete installed video system: coverage planning, suitable recording and storage, PoE/network connections, protected cabling, secure viewing setup and a recording/playback walkthrough.
What we confirm before quoting
Earlier two-camera designs provide a useful starting point, not a universal kit. Lens choice, camera count, lighting, privacy, retention time and any doorbell transformer/chime requirements are reviewed before the final design.
Existing systems / service & upgrade review
ClareVision System Care
Have a ClareVision system? We can assess existing cameras, recording, wiring and remote viewing, then recommend service or a suitable upgrade. Historical IFM packages ranged from focused single-camera installations to multi-camera coverage.
What we confirm before quoting
Essential and Starter designs included cabling, setup and owner education. Equipment availability and compatibility must be checked; these are not promises of new stock, an included NVR, perpetual free cloud service or a revived sale price.
Vehicle-specific / audio, starts & recording
Automotive Installation Packages
Car audio upgrades, remote-start installation and front/rear recording or camera integration, designed around your vehicle. The complete scope includes compatible interfaces, protected wiring, configuration, functional checks and a practical walkthrough.
What we confirm before quoting
Provide year, make, model, trim, engine, transmission and key or push-button start, plus existing upgrades. Exact fitment, winter suitability and retained factory functions are assessed before booking. No universal starter or camera model is assumed.
Starlink installations
From the dish outside to the devices inside.
Site and obstruction review, suitable mounting, secured cabling, router placement and local network coverage. You purchase the Starlink kit and service directly in your own account; IFM provides the agreed installation and networking solution.
Provider availability, performance and permitted mobile use depend on the exact hardware, plan and location.
