Begin with a complimentary 15-minute conversation. We will ask about symptoms, equipment, room use, and your priorities. Share photographs or model numbers when available.

If on-site diagnostics, testing, documentation or programming are needed, we will explain the proposed scope, travel, estimated time and applicable service charges before proceeding.
3. Choose an informed next step
Depending on findings and equipment compatibility, we may recommend retaining the existing system, resolving specific faults, updating selected components or planning a phased modernization.
